important part of the application and manufacturing process for
automobiles. They are integral parts of the design and
construction of the car body. They are important factors in
enabling Original Equipment Manufacturers to achieve their targets
for advanced body construction and manufacturing efficiency.

offers a comprehensive range of products for the Body, Paint and
final Assembly areas. This system approach, is supplemented by a
large range of pre-manufacturing and repair products. Our product
line is under constant development to meet the changing needs of
our customers.

LoctiteŽ products
are used in markets as diverse as electronics, automotive,
aerospace, machine building and medical devices, as well as many
fields of general industry.

Henkel Surface Technologies
offers a wide range of products for the bonding of glass and
plastics to the automobile manufacturers .The largest field of
application is the structural bonding of motor vehicle windows and
wind shields. The TEROSTAT products comprise a range of
polyurethane based, high performance adhesives and coupling agents
used to bond large glass sections to the vehicle. The resistance
of motor vehicle bodies to torsional strain can be improved by 30
%, thanks to the improved performance characteristics. Non
conducting materials enable glass screens to have integrated
functions. ( e.g. GPS, Aerial, TV and Telephone ). The
TEROSTAT line of products are elastomer based flexible adhesives
in either pumpable or a profiled form. The Terostat products are
used as seam sealers and mastics in the body shop.
Macroplast
Products for Glass, Metal and Plastics
The Macoplast range
of products includes various two component polyurethanes that are
heavily utilized in the automotive, aeronautics and cold storage
industries. Other products are either based on PVC or natural
rubber and are designed for the local automotive assembly
industry.

Plastisols for moulding and dip coating applications
The Plastisol
products are suitable for manufacturing moulded articles or for
the protection of equipment and components.

The
"Filtasol" range of PVC Plastisols are designed for the
manufacture of automotive and industrial filters for air, fuel and
oil filtration.
