Bonderite 34 BR is formulated to produce a zinc phosphate coating on galvanised surfaces by brush-on application at room temperature.

Immersion Zinc Phosphate

Granodine 20 L is designed to produce a calcium modified zinc phosphate coating on iron and steel. Galvanized steel articles and zinc base die-castings can be treated in mixed production along with steel.

Bonderite 910 is intended for use in applications where heating the process solution is impractical or expensive. 

Granodine 1993 

Spray Tri-cationic Zinc Phosphate

Granodine 1993 is a nitrite-free tricationic phosphating process for steel, galvanized and alloy coated (Zn/Ni) steel. It generates a fine crystalline coating of manganese containing zinc phosphate.

Granodine 1994 is a nitrite-free tricationic phosphating process for steel, galvanized and alloy coated (Zn/Ni) steel.  It generates a fine crystalline coating of manganese containing zinc phosphate.

Fixodine ZN

Conditioning agent

Fixodine ZN  is a conditional agent formulated for articles of steel and pre-coated steel which are to be given a zinc phosphate Granodine treatment. It promotes the formation of a dense and finely crystalline phosphate coating which is the preferred base for paint and which has superior corrosion resistance.

Ridosol 3212

Cleaner / Coater Additive

Ridosol 3212 is a liquid chemical designed for addition to phosphate solutions to enable them to combine cleaning with processing. It may also be added to those Bonderizing solutions that are already designed to combine cleaning with processing in order to improve the cleaning efficiency of such solutions. It is intended for use by spray but may be used in immersion solutions when the pre-cleaning is not completely satisfactory.
